This series of fully isolated I/O modules are remote I/O devices designed for industrial field data acquisition and control, supporting multiple signal types including digital input/output, analog input/output, relay output, and temperature measurement. The modules feature a triple isolation architecture — channel-to-channel, I/O-to-communication bus, and I/O-to-power — with isolation voltages up to 1500–5000 VDC for each circuit, effectively blocking common-mode interference and ground loops to ensure accurate and stable signal transmission even in harsh electromagnetic environments.
With a built-in high-precision A/D conversion unit (up to 16-bit resolution) and analog acquisition accuracy of ±0.1% FSR, the modules support a wide 5–30 VDC digital input range, while the output channels can directly drive loads such as relays and solenoid valves. The power supply accepts a wide 10–30 VDC input with reverse polarity protection and low power consumption. Communication is uniformly implemented via the Modbus RTU protocol (RS-485 interface), with isolation protection between the communication bus and both the I/O circuits and the power supply to ensure reliable data transmission.
Thanks to the full isolation design, these modules significantly enhance system noise immunity, simplify field wiring and electrical design, and eliminate the need for additional external isolators or signal conditioners. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, they are ideally suited for demanding industrial environments such as smart manufacturing, power & energy, process control, and environmental monitoring, providing a highly reliable distributed I/O solution for PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems.
